Communication and Interpersonal Relations (ENG4010) is program that teaches us the principles of interpersonal discourses. done this occupation, we argon gradually developing competence communication and the aptitude of managing interpersonal relationship. Besides, we are able to manage interpersonal conflicts through improving the interpersonal communication as well.
1.2. Objective of workshop
The objective of the workshop is to provide the skill to the audiences in rejecting others and evaluate rejections, and maintain affirmatory relationship at the same time. by the workshop, the audiences will have skills to overcome their fear of rejection from others and to others.
1.3. Justification of take Relevancy
The followings are the reasons that the group chooses the topic for the workshop:
1.3.1 Immediate Effect
The course name for ENG4030 is communication and interpersonal relations. The goal of the course is to help us to conduct competent communication in interpersonal relationship, while rejection usually is a direction of communication to offend others.



So through this project, the group members hope send packing help others to use proper ways of rejection in contrary situations without offending others, thus maintain or improve positive interpersonal relationship.
1.3.2 Effect on Daily life story
In our daily life, sometime we have to reject the request of others, because of we are out of time, or we are busy doing our own things, or the person is not important in your life, and so on. However, if we plead no to others, it talent cause some unnecessary trouble, they might thing you are a selfish person, thus take out from you, and even end their relationship with you, so an effective way to reject others is needed.
