BUSINESS COMMUNICATION ASSIGNMENT Background In the town of Sherbury which is county town of Wealdshire, citizens ar in a very hard and worrying situation. The statistics by police informs battle arrays that vandalism in the town dramatically increase to 32% in the last 12 months. Also the reports show that the disorderly attitudes causing by alcoholism among teenagers has risen by %24. The figures show that there is a crucial case red on since last year in the town of Sherbury. As a result of this increase in the crime statistics citizens do not feel secure, young teenagers have no routine models and police forces have to work harder. Architectural department, Community interest office, Sports Advisory Office and Planning department held several meetings in order to find out the reasons of the problems and find suitable solutions. This report endeavors to highlight the key points that citizens concern and make recommendations to diminish the hazard in the town. Methodology In this project, random selection research order is used in order to form focus groups. The aim of forming focus groups is to get the opinions of citizens directly and address the problems from their point of views. Questions are asked in an interactive group setting where participants were free to public lecture with other group members.
